Returns & Replacements
We want you to be delighted with your SWAN Boutique purchase which is why we offer a full 14 day return or exchange policy if you are not totally satisfied.
Whether it be down to fit or seeing the garment once it has arrived, we offer a transparent returns policy if the garment is 'just not for you'. So you can buy with confidence knowing that if you are unhappy with the garment in any way we will refund or exchange the garment as long as it is returned unworn with all swing tags and tags and in its original condition within our returns period. In alignment with the Consumer Contract Regulations our returns period for a refund/exchange is to notify us within 14 days of receiving your purchase and returning and products within 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Items returned outside of the above time frame will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you believe an item is faulty, please contact SWAN Boutique Customer Service Team via email at contact@swanboutique.co.uk. We are unable to accept items that have been damaged as a result of wear and tear as these items are not considered faulty.
Wrong item
In the unlikely event, the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact customer services as soon as possible and within 14 days of receipt, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.
In Store
We do accept online returns in store within the 14 days return period You will be notified by email when your order has been refunded.
Refunds
Please note that for any returns or exchanges the original tags and swing tickets must be attached to the item. The item must be unworn, and in the same condition for SWAN Boutique to be able to process any refunds or exchange.
This returns policy does not extend to earrings for hygiene reasons.
This returns policy does not apply to sale or discounted items.
This policy does not affect your right to claim a refund or replacement against faulty or misdescribed goods.
All Transactions
We endeavour to process refunds as quickly as possible, however please allow 10 working days for any refunds to appear back on your original payment method. Further time may be required dependant on your bank or payment methods process time.
Payment methods
We accept credit cards from Visa, MasterCard, we also accept debit cards with Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron logo. We do not accept cheques.
